At Yahlistic Natural Body we strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!
Returns
You have 10 business days to return an item(s) from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, you must email us right away at handmade@yahlisticnbw.com. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging with proof of purchase or the receipt. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept items that have been used. If your return is approved we will initiate an exchange or store credit.
If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping
US & CANADA Only
We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $50 after taxes applied. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. If a package is sent out to an incorrect address, and it is returned to us, you are responsible for the reshipping costs. If you notify us in 48hrs we will change the address and ship to your requested address.
Lost Packages
We cannot be responsible for item(s) that have been marked as delivered. If your item is stolen, a complete investigation will be conducted with the mail carrier to track the package. Before completing your order please review your address to ensure we have the right information to deliver your package. If you require a confirmation signature please email us at handmade@yahlisticnbw.com. Extra fees may be applied.
Damages
If you receive a damaged product from us, please email us a picture of the item(s) with the date you received the item to handmade@yahlisticnbw.com. We will replace your damaged item free of charge.
